Braden Joins Forces with JINC to Empower Future Talent
Braden is thrilled to announce its new partnership with JINC, a prominent charity organisation dedicated to providing underprivileged primary and pre-vocational secondary education students with the essential tools and opportunities to explore various professions, uncover their talents, and gain crucial job application skills. Through the JINC program, over 78,000 students per year are given the chance to pursue their potential and secure a brighter future.
Cindy Duijkers, Senior Project Officer at JINC, attended the official signing of our partnership alongside Braden’s CEO Thomas Breuer and CFO Wesley Haagmans.
JINC advocates for a society where every child is given equal opportunities and where one’s background does not define their future. In demonstrating the immediate impact of this partnership, two dedicated members of Braden’s team, Sanne Funcken-Smitsmans (HR Officer) and Armand Ubachs (Project Manager), recently provided valuable application training to third and fourth-year vmbo students at Beroepscollege Parkstad Limburg Location Brandenberg in Landgraaf. This initiative, organised by JINC, aims to equip students with the essential skills needed to navigate the job application process and embark on their journey towards internships and employment opportunities.
Sanne and Armand’s dedicated efforts in coaching the students in crucial aspects of applying for jobs, such as body language, communication, and confidence, exemplify Braden’s commitment to nurturing and empowering the future talent of the region.
Expressing the company’s enthusiasm for this partnership, a spokesperson for Braden shared, “We are truly honoured to contribute to this socially impactful initiative within the region and are eager to embark on a collaborative journey with JINC. This experience has been immensely valuable for us, and we look forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the young, aspiring talents in our community.”
Braden looks forward to a profound collaboration with JINC, cementing its dedication to supporting the growth and success of the youth and contributing to a more inclusive and prosperous future for all.
