Role, Team & Location
We are looking for an organised and service-oriented Office & Business Support Administrator to join our team in the UK.
In this varied role, you will combine front office and facility coordination with general administrative and purchasing support. As one of the first points of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, you will play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while helping to keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
You will report to the Office Manager / Lead Buyer and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as facility providers, visitors, couriers, and other external partners. As an Office & Business Support Administrator, you help ensure that our office runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. You welcome visitors, coordinate access and meetings, and make sure colleagues and guests can rely on a well-organised and service-oriented working environment.
You also support the day-to-day coordination of our facilities, from managing office supplies and equipment to keeping track of facility contracts and workplace checks. With an eye for detail and a proactive approach, you identify issues early and help maintain a safe, clean, and professional workplace.
Alongside your office responsibilities, you provide administrative support to the wider business and our Purchasing team. This includes assisting with purchase orders, vendor administration and outstanding purchasing activities. By keeping information organised and following up where needed, you help colleagues stay focused and ensure that important processes continue to move forward.
Throughout your work, you handle information with discretion, manage multiple priorities, and provide reliable support to colleagues and external contacts. Your flexibility, positive attitude, and hands-on mindset make you someone the team can depend on.
