Role, Team & Location

The UK & Ireland Sales Manager vacancy is home-based, requiring extensive travel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic sales environments, enjoys complex selling to blue-chip companies, and takes pride in winning high-quality turnkey equipment upgrade projects.

While you will work closely with OEMs and end users, you are also part of a larger operations team ensuring seamless execution of turnkey projects. You play a key role in identifying and securing project sales opportunities related to the destruction, retrofitting, and installation of gas turbine auxiliary equipment. Your expertise ensures that project opportunities align with safety, quality, and compliance standards, contributing to the successful delivery of upgrade solutions within the power generation and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As a UK & Ireland Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that expands Braden’s customer base and strengthens its market presence across power generation, gas transmission, refining, and gas turbine operators. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and leading the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.

You will conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, monitor industry trends, and ensure Braden’s solutions remain competitive. Regular visits to power generation facilities, gas transmission companies, refineries, and gas turbine operators will be a crucial aspect of your role, allowing you to establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders.

In addition to sales planning and execution, you will deliver compelling presentations on Braden’s products and services to gas turbine operators and companies within the power generation, gas transmission, and refining sectors, demonstrating how our solutions can enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. You will manage the entire sales cycle, including responding to requests for quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with commercial and regulatory requirements.

You will also play a key role in market intelligence gathering, preparing detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and emerging industry trends. By attending trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences within the power generation, gas transmission, refining, and gas turbine operator markets, you will enhance Braden’s brand awareness and identify new business opportunities.

Clear communication and collaboration with internal teams will be vital in ensuring that customer requirements are accurately translated into successful project deliveries. Your ability to align sales strategies with Braden’s broader business objectives will contribute to our long-term success in the UK and Ireland markets.
